Chelsea Penthouse

This 3,500 SF Penthouse and terrace in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood underwent a gut renovation of both interior and exterior spaces.

The design sought to highlight the industrial nature of the loft by exposing and highlighting pipes, adding lighting to the underside of concrete vaulted ceiling beams, and through a palette of natural wood and steel materials.

The new kitchen and baths makes the space a welcome retreat from the busy streets below.
